If the water moves to the tube, when the solution in the tube almost touches the top of the cylinder, would the solution overflow out of the tube? I want to let the solution come out of the tube and drop down as droplets.

I just learned this year that they don't go by the "lock and key" model anymore. It's the "induced fit model now".
That’s not exactly correct. Enzymes and substrates fit each other just like a lock and key. The difference is that because enzymes are proteins, they can change their shape after binding with their substrate, and that’s what induced fit is all about. Thanks for your great comment.

I’m not 100% sure. However, my guess is that the MRA only gets expressed for a short period of time. Long enough for the immune system to mount a response to the virus.
